Welcome Message from the Symposium Chair

On behalf of the Symposium Organizing Committee, I would like to welcome you to the OAG 2024 International Symposium on Liver and IBD Review.  After a three- year hiatus, we are excited to be back in Collingwood, Ontario for this year's meeting.

This is our first time holding the Symposium at the Village Conference Centre and Mosaic Boutique Suites. We hope you will find this to be a charming and intimate setting to enjoy the President's Welcome Dinner and the Après Ski Party with colleagues, family, and friends. 

The theme of the educational program is "Before and After..." and will cover a cross section of compelling topics relevant in the management of liver disease and IBD.  Once again, the popular Short Snapper sessions will be featured to kick off the day as well as a Sunday morning interactive case presentation in IBD and our Keynote Address on "What to do After a Patient with Crohn's Disease Undergoes Intestinal Resection".  We hope you find this meeting both educational and enjoyable and find some time to enjoy the surroundings and all that the Blue Mountain Village has to offer.
